To be a trusted and dependable project management hub to empower people and build lasting relationships within our local community.

A centre of excellence, fostering innovation and enhancing project management expertise in the Waterloo-Wellington region through the facilitation of professional development opportunities and cultivating a community of project management practitioners.

Through times of growth and change, our core values provide us with purpose and direction. They help focus our energy, guide our behavior, and communicate our beliefs.

Community - Provide a welcoming atmosphere where relationships can be established between members from varying backgrounds and communities. Building connections will help to realize objectives faster, easier, and more broadly.

Volunteerism - Recognize the mutually beneficial relationship that exists between organization and volunteer. Organizations provide opportunities for volunteers to develop and master their skills, while volunteers provide the enthusiasm that engages membership and the broader community.

Curiosity - Be curious about and embrace those with varying perspectives, ideas, and experiences.

Mutual Respect - Value each individual and what they bring to their role with due regard for their feelings, wishes, rights, and traditions. Our unique skills and passion help advance the cause at hand.

Professional Development - Promote individual growth and skills improvement by providing quality educational, informative, and development events and activities, based on local needs and current project management trends.
