Who else in the room?
Join us for an engaging session where project management meets sustainability. Designed for PMI-CTT members, students, faculty members, and professionals. This event will explore how sustainable practices are shaping modern project delivery and driving long-term impact.
Brief description of what the speaker will be talking about:
This session focuses on identifying and managing hidden stakeholders, the individuals who are not explicitly present in project meetings but still exert a significant influence on project outcomes and risks.
Using PMI's MORE framework, the speaker will guide attendees through a continuous practice for managing stakeholder dynamics across the project lifecycle:
M — Manage Perception: Understanding how key stakeholders interpret project health, value, and readiness.
O — Own Project Success: Shifting stakeholder engagement from passive update consumption to active ownership of project success.
R — Relentlessly Reassess: Recognizing "stakeholder drift" and identifying critical moments to re-evaluate stakeholder mapping.
E — Expand Perspective: Utilizing the Stakeholder Ecosystem Canvas to uncover visible, influential, impacted, and future-owner stakeholders who might otherwise be overlooked.
