The Concrete Application of Disciplined Agile (DA) in All Project Domains

Power Skills

After this session, attendees will be able to:

  • Describe how Disciplined Agile concretely connects with each of the project performance domains; and
  • Define their strategy using DA in their organization to adapt their project management way of working.

In this presentation, you’ll understand the practical use of Disciplined Agile as part of the eight performance domains of project management: stakeholders, team, development approach & life cycle, planning, project work, delivery, measurement and uncertainty.

Starting with a “crash course” on Disciplined Agile and a few words about the need for adaptation, you’ll then experience the eight performance domains and how DA specifically and concretely connects with each of them.

In the end, you’ll receive insights about how to implement the DA techniques into the reality of an organization so you can start benefiting from DA strategies right away.
