Join us and explore the concept of Sustainable Leadership within the context of non-profit organizations, emphasizing the importance of long-term value creation, ethical practices, and the well-being of people and the planet. Drawing on data insights, leadership principles, and behavioral models, this session aims to equip project professionals and non-profit leaders with actionable strategies to foster enduring impact and organizational resilience.

Presenter Bio:

Henry Hamud is an accomplished professional engineer and educator with over 20 years of experience leading complex infrastructure, heavy construction, energy, and nuclear technology projects. He holds certifications in Project & Risk Management (PMP & PMI-RMP) and a credential in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and is a licensed P.Eng. in Ontario.

Henry is recognized for his ability to lead cross-functional teams, deliver high-impact results, and foster inclusive, engaging learning environments in post-secondary education.

He currently leads the Proposal Management Office at BWXT Canada Nuclear Services and serves as a part-time professor at the School of Business at Conestoga College.

His leadership blends technical expertise with strategic insight, making him a trusted voice in both industry and academia.
