About the Webinar

Have you been derailed by uncertain events during your projects or programs? Does your team frequently get into a fire-fighting mode? Do not think you are alone. Uncertainty exists in any project environment, however the way that uncertainty is dealt should not look like fire-fighting.

While it’s impossible to predict project outcomes one can influence how to respond to uncertainty to give greater assurance of outcomes.

In this webinar, you’ll gain the proper perspectives for managing uncertainty in program and project environments, which is better known as risk management. You’ll learn how to more consistently predict outcomes.
