Reimagining Agility Workshop

Power Skills
Ways of Working
Business Acumen

Agility was originally created to help teams adapt to change. Today, with the rise of AI, hybrid work, and increasing global complexity, it’s time to revisit and rethink what agility truly means. Reimagining Agility is a global, community-driven initiative led by Agile Alliance and PMI that invites practitioners to reconnect with the core values, principles, and human aspects of Agile—beyond frameworks and rules. In this interactive workshop, participants will explore how agility can evolve to meet today’s challenges across industries, roles, and contexts. Through collaborative discussions and hands-on group activities, attendees will examine real-world “wicked problems” related to agile leadership, culture, scaling, business alignment, and the future of Agile practices. This session focuses on co-creation, shared learning, and practical insights, encouraging participants to think critically about how Agile principles can be applied more intentionally and human-centered in modern project and organizational environments.

After this workshop, participants will be able to:

● Reflect on the original intent and values of Agile in today’s complex environment
● Explore agility beyond IT, including leadership, culture, and organizational contexts
● Collaborate with peers to address real-world agile challenges (“wicked problems”)
● Contribute practical insights and ideas to the broader professional community
