Micro Practices for Adaptability - Hosted by The Making-Box

The pace of workplace change is accelerating. Adaptability is LinkedIn’s #1 in-demand skill. It's clear we need to adapt to survive. But the deeper question is: can we practice adaptability in a way that leaves us feeling energized rather than depleted? Join this session if you’re looking for:

• A deeper understanding of what adaptability is and why it matters

• Playful practices to foster your ability to respond effectively to rapid change and uncertainty

• An opportunity to deepen your connections within the PMI network

The group will move through a series of highly interactive activities inspired by positive psychology, cognitive science and applied improvisation. Activities take place as a whole group and in breakouts. After each, we unpack discoveries and applications.
