Managing Change as a Project Manager

This one-hour webinar will provide you with a quick overview of the key elements of organizational and people change management.

Change happens – and as project managers, we are considered the change agents. Project managers need to understand it and manage it as an integral part of their projects. Without appropriate change management, projects may produce the specified product, service, or result within the constraints of cost, schedule, and quality – but not the expected business results. The true success of a project is not only measured at the end of the project, but also at the end of its life cycle when the business case can be validated. This webinar will provide you with a quick overview of some of the key elements of organizational and people change management.

Mario is a highly accomplished Senior Consultant and the Director of EPM Curriculum and Course Development at IIL, bringing over 20 years of expertise in driving enterprise-level Agile transformations and project management excellence. A recognized expert in scaling Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies, he has successfully led high-budget initiatives for prestigious organizations such as the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the USMC, and Wells Fargo, where he previously served as Vice President. His extensive background spans roles as a consultant and instructor, including acting as a Subject Matter Expert for IIL’s project curriculum and the Dynamic Scheduling with Microsoft Project book. With a strong academic foundation including an MBA and a background in Civil Engineering, seamlessly combines strategic business development with technical expertise to deliver technology-enabled learning and optimized operational models across the healthcare, finance, and construction industries. He is also a distinguished speaker and educator, having shared his insights at the Dubai IPMF, La Salle University, and the MPUG Mexico Chapter
