Lean Yellow Belt Training Session
Note- For Yellow Belt, it is preferred you attend the LEAN White Belt session first. You must complete some homework before and in the classroom, answer numerous quizzes, and complete fun-filled individual and group exercises. There is no post work after the course, and no need to complete any project for certification.

PLEASE REGISTER FOR 3 ADDITIONAL DAYS OF GREEN BELT. Note- To gain Green Belt certification, you will have to complete an open book exam and an improvement project and complete a report.
Requirements & Training Details:
No previous Lean training or experience is required. The Trainer only wants you to bring one medium-size process from your current or past job. You are also welcome without a problem or a process as you will be able to work in groups on other trainee's processes. We have planned numerous group exercises in the virtual classroom to engage you. You will be able to apply Lean principles, Lean philosophies, methodologies, and tools in your processes and through experiential exercises that we have designed for easy learning and faster adoption.
Where- We will use numerous online tools to make your training engaging and fun-filled. Three to four days ahead of the session, we will send you downloadable links, instructions, and videos. Tools that you will be using are as follows-

Important – You must have a PC or Mac with all the necessary essential software that we use daily.

How- To earn your Lean Yellow Belt certification, you will have to complete the following-

4 hours of pre-work (Trainer will send the pre-work four days ahead of the training),

8 hours of Day 1 training,

4 hours of homework in between Day 1 and Day 2, apply lessons from Day 1 in your workplace,

8 hours of Day 2 training and an open book test.
PMI members are eligible for 24 hours of PDUs (including homework), the PMI-CTT office will assign 16 hours, and the trainees allocate 8 hours.
ASQ or OACETT members can only apply for 16 hours of the classroom training
