Lean Green Belt Training Session
Training Dates (8:00 AM to 5:30 PM each day):

Requirements & Training Details:
Lean Yellow Belt certification is required. The Trainer only wants you to bring one medium-size process from your current or previous job. We have planned numerous group exercises in the classroom to engage you. You will be able to apply Lean principles, Lean philosophies, methodologies, and tools in your processes and through experiential exercises that we have designed for easy learning and faster adoption.
Where- Virtual On-line training session, training details and links will be sent 2 days ahead of the training. Trainer will use Microsoft Teams as a training platform.
IMPORTANT- If you have attended a similar LEAN or LEAN Six Sigma or Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt course from an external provider, we will respect that. Still, you will have to inform the Trainer before registering to avoid any confusion during the session.
