Speakers Bio:
Hazem Yahia, P.Eng, MSc.,PMP, CCP
With over 20 years of experience in the construction management field and a strong foundation in civil engineering, Hazem Yahia, PMP worked on diverse projects spanning residential, commercial, infrastructure, and nuclear sectors. He holds a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) since 2019 and is also a registered guide with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO). He has dedicated his career to empowering aspiring engineers and contributing to the profession.
As a passionate advocate for newcomer engineers, Hazem have been a guest speaker at several reputable agencies, including ACCES Employment, ACCT, IWC, PCPI, Polycultural, and Collège Boréal, sharing insights on the P.Eng journey at institutions such as George Brown College and Humber College, helping over 400 engineers achieve their licensing goals.
Academically, he holds a master’s degree in construction management (2011) and other prominent certifications, including PMP (since 2008) and Certified Cost Professional (since 2015). His professional journey includes roles at Parsons, EllisDon, and Bruce Power, where I contributed as a project manager.
In 2020, Hazem founded Master VDC, a consultancy specializing in design, project management, and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Master VDC, authorized by PEO, has been offering technical exam preparation courses across various engineering disciplines for over five years. His commitment to education is further reflected in the creation of his official Facebook page dedicated to P.Eng preparation courses.
With a career rooted in both professional excellence and community service, he is driven to guide and inspire the next generation of engineers.
