Speaker Bio:

Roy Schilling is an experienced Agile Coach, Trainer and Leader with strong technical and leadership qualifications and more than 30 years of experience in strategic planning, team development, project and product management, systems engineering strategies and over 15 years as an Agile practitioner. Proven ability to successfully analyze an organization’s critical issues, identify deficiencies and opportunities and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness and effectiveness.

 

With over two decades of leadership, this professional is a versatile Project, Program, and Portfolio Management expert with a deep specialization in Agile and Scrum transformations. Currently a Trainer and Consultant at the International Institute for Learning, they have previously served as President of Hazox Corp and Vice President at Wells Fargo, where they successfully managed high-budget technology organizations and complex merger integrations. Their extensive background as an Agile Coach at Only Agile, LLC, includes driving enterprise-wide transitions for major clients like the Department of Homeland Security and the USMC, scaling Agile frameworks, and optimizing offshore operational models. Throughout their career, they have consistently bridged the gap between technical execution and executive strategy, delivering significant improvements in organizational quality and revenue growth.
