Introductions, workshop goals, safety briefing, team formation. Introduce PDCA and today’s challenge: Build a LEGO® Nuclear Reactor!

9:30 – 10:30 AM

Round 1 – The Chaos Build

No plan, no roles, no process. Teams experience miscommunication, waste, delays, rework, and frustration — mirroring real-world project failure.

10:30 – 11:00 AM

Debrief Round 1 + Mini Lecture

Discuss what went wrong. Introduce key PM concepts (Scope–Schedule–Budget–Quality), Lean wastes, and Six Sigma basics.

11:00 – 11:30 AM

Planning & PDCA Setup for Round 2

Teams create a mini-charter, Gantt, roles, 5S layout, SOPs, and quality gates.

11:30 – 11:45 AM

Break / Networking

Refreshments provided.

Round 2 – The Planned Build

Apply structured project management, Lean flow, Six Sigma quality checks, and Servant Leadership. Track metrics and teamwork.
