AI as Your Project Management Multiplier - 27th October

Ways of Working

Title: AI as Your Project Management Multiplier

Project management is evolving fast, and AI is quickly becoming the extra team member you didn’t know you needed. In this session, we’ll explore how to use AI as a true force multiplier; helping cut the busywork, stay ahead, and deliver with less stress.

We’ll skip the buzzwords and focus on how you can actually use AI in your day-to-day work. For example, it can scan meeting notes, specs, research docs, and past project files to surface what matters most. You’ll see how it can summarize complex info in minutes, draft reports and action items, uncover risks and dependencies, build quick knowledge hubs, and support better decisions with real data.
