Adaptive Budgeting, Funding and Value Delivery
In today’s world, sticking to traditional financial methods does not work anymore! Budgets are exceeded, expenses are increasing and predictions generally prove false. So, what should portfolio, program and project managers do?
Concepts like Rolling Wave and Collaborative budgeting, Value-Based funding and Life-Cycle Cost concepts are shaping budgeting and funding more and more in our continually evolving organizational environment.
This presentation will aim to look at these concepts and examine how they can be applied in practice.
