    • Shelley Aubry, Engagement Consultant at CSA Consulting, will share her expertise on conducting effective conversations, whether in a tension-packed situation or with key project stakeholders. (permission to post presentation not granted)
  • Afternoon Breakout sessions (choose 1):
    • Sandro Buffone, IT Projects Mentor and leader in the setup and implementation of Sheridan College’s PMO, will be exploring the "Softer Side" of Project Management and focusing on one of the most important success factors in executing projects in our modern and overly-connected world.     • George Jucan, leading the Canadian Committee at International Organization of Standardization (ISO) for the establishment of Project, Programme and Portfolio Management family of standards, will discuss how stakeholders are the ultimate key to project success. (Download Presentation)
    • Martin Hynd, Seasoned manager with 40 years of experience in series of positions in product design, program and engineering operations management, with Unisys (Burroughs), NCR and Teledyne-DALSA, will be imparting his knowledge regarding the move from an individual contributor to project leader.
