About Hayley Kellett and Jay Reid
The pace of workplace change is accelerating. Hayley Kellett (she/her) and Jay Reid (he/him) offer teams tools to access and activate their adaptability with little fuss and maximal joy. Since 2013 they have served a diverse spectrum of organizations across the world including Shopify, Google, The Nature Conservancy of Canada, The University of Calgary and even a forensic firm through their organization, The Making-Box -- which believe it or not, started as an improv comedy theatre. Weird, right?
Hayley and Jay value discovery, community and accountability, and believe in the transformative power of blending aha-moments with haha-moments. So, when working with them you can expect to leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.
Both Hayley and Jay are recipients of Guelph, Ontario, Canada's Top 40 under 40 award. However, only one of them has stage-kissed Whose Line Is It Anyway star Colin Mochrie.
