Mental Health issues affect everyone at some point in their lives. Mental Health concerns are something that we have difficulties talking about. This session will provide a lighter look at mental health while providing answers to some of the more challenging questions about mental health that you may have.
Allan has worked in the mental health field for over thirty-five years.
Allan has been invited to speak to a variety of groups and organizations on matters relating to mental health, some being, Supportive Housing Halton, Bayview Community Services, Canadian Mental Health Association Elgin Branch, and CMHA Ontario Division.
