Luke Morrison - Managing Director, SWO
Luke has an Honours BBA from Wilfrid Laurier and 17 years of staffing experience at Procom. He has worked in Toronto and Kitchener- Waterloo and currently manages the sales and recruitment delivery teams in Kitchener-Waterloo and manages several large scale North American contingent staffing programs including Manulife/John Hancock, Sunlife Financial and Enbridge. Luke oversees $50M in annual billable revenue representing over 350 resources.
Luke is a big camping fanatic and also has one significant guilty pleasure- he’s the Clark Griswold of his neighbourhood. He’s even got a Christmas Ferris Wheel that goes up over the holidays.
Melissa Bieth - Senior Technical Recruiter
Melissa is a Senior Technical Recruiter with more than 13 years recruitment experience including 8+ with Procom. She is focused on technology recruitment and is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment life cycle. Melissa has cultivated a strong network of passive and active resources in South Western Ontario in both permanent and contingent (contract) roles. She is an expert at candidate sourcing, skill evaluation, resume preparation and rate negotiation. Melissa was recently nominated as one of Canada’s Top Recruiters by TopRecruiter.co
She’s a proud mom of 2 boys, a Leafs fan (okay she does have some faults) and enjoys playing cards, camping and cooking a good meal for family and friends.
