The PMI-CTT Chapter is very happy to offer a PMP Exam Preparation Course. This course brings real value to our members as well as to other Project Managers who are interested in formalizing their qualifications and upgrading their resume. This course aims to assist and guide anybody who wishes to write their PMP or CAPM Exam to obtain their professional designation.
The course material is based on the PMBOK 6th Edition; however, it also presents and discusses real life experience in project management. The materiel is augmented with a case study, reviewing an actual project in detail and how this project follows or deviates from the PMBOK. Coverage of this case study will begin immediately on the first day of the course and will progress in parallel with the PMBOK material being discussed. This case study will discuss the practical aspects of the various phases of a project, including creating a WBS, generating a schedule, developing a budget, identifying and assigning resources, defining a risk management approach, keeping the project on track, dealing with variances, and much more. At the end of the course, the participants will obtain their 35 Contact Hours Certificate required to write the PMP or CAPM Exam.
