The President is responsible for overall Chapter Governance, leading strategic and operational planning, aligning our operations with membership needs, and ensuring our financial sustainability.

Chief Communications Officer (CCO) reports directly to the President/CEO and is the key individual responsible for overseeing the strategy and execution of all internal and external chapter communications. The CCO is a member of the Board of Directors and a Chapter Officer

Chief Education Officer (CEdO) reports directly to the President/CEO and is the key individual responsible for developing and implementing both near-term and long-term plans for education and certification programs for Chapter members. The CEdO is a member of the Board of Directors and a Chapter Officer

Chief Financial Officer shall keep the records of business meetings of the PMI’s CTT Chapter and meetings of the Leadership Team, as well accountability for the accuracy of Chapter finances, preparation of the annual budget, adherence to generally accepted Accounting principles and ensuring an independent audit of the Chapter’s finances and financial statement.

The VP of Events is an appointed position responsible for the development and delivery of programs relating to project management for each scheduled Chapter meeting and special events.

The VP, Governance is an appointed position responsible for overseeing good governance of the Chapter, coordinating document preparation and maintenance in the areas of strategic and annual planning processes as well as other Chapter-related documentation.

The VP, Membership is an appointed position and acts as a liaison with members, providing reports, meeting recruitment and retention targets for members, as well as setting and implementing approaches to increase membership value.

The VP, Social Media is an appointed position responsible for enhancing the profile and networking capabilities of the CTT Chapter by developing comprehensive social media plans, setting standards and usage guidelines, and operationalizing Social Media practices.
